Working Principle:

Dry powder material of varying kinds brought in from the top of the
plant is put the twin-roller after being degassed and pre-pressed by
screws. It is then compressed with great pressure to form a tablet
material due to the plastic deformation.

The tablet material becomes an end product after the process of being
broken, marumerized and screen sized.

The amount of extrusion pressure can be changed by adjusting the pressure
of the hydraulic cylinder according to the requirement of granulation.

Applied scope:
Particle filled in capsule, pigment, detergent, catalysts, strontium
carbonate, chemical fertilizer, white carbon, inorganic salts, bleaching
powder, agrochemical, oxide etc, powder recovered material in industry
such as dust in cast-iron work, lead, zinc, aluminum dust, dust of
rotating furnace, filter dust, grinding dust, etc.
