Working Principle:
SE series screw type extruding pelleters include single-screw type and
double-screw-type.

Two models of front and side for material to be extruded out. Wet
materials or materials with low melting points (< 50?) after
being kneaded and mixed can be extruded out from mould plates at the
head of the plant.

Once conveied and pressed by screws, materials are dried or cooled to
form end products.

The shape of grain is cylindrical.The diametermeter of the end grain can
be chosen and controlled by means of changing the diametermeter of holes
in the moulding plate: side type - 0.7-2.0mm, front type - 1.5-12mm.

The rate of end products is equal to or more than 95%.

Applied Scope:
Widely applicable to material that need granulating such as rubber
auxiliars, food additives, plastic auxiliaries, catalyzers,
agrochemicals, dye, pigment, daily chemicals and medicines etc.
