Working Principle:
Fine powder material is continuously mixed, particalized, spheroidized
and compacted in the plant using a mechanical stiring force and
aerodynamic force.

The shape of end products is spherical with a degree of spheroid
of ≥0.7.

The diametermeter of the particals is from 0.3 to 3.0mm and the rate
of end products is ≥80%. Particle diametermeters can be changed by
means of adjusting the wetness of materials or rotating speed of the
main shaft. Generaly speaking, lower moisture and higher rotating
speeds create a smaller grain size.

Applied Scope:
This plant is especialy applicable to materials with light mass, fine
powder, finer basic particals, higher degree quality of spheroid and
quality. The requird particle size before granulation must less than
300 eyes.

Typical Applied Materials: Carbon, white carbon, pottery clay, kaolin,
urea formaldehyde, molecular sieve and, calcium carbonate, etc.
