Working principle:
The filter component disposed in a hermetic vessel consists of a group
of horizontal filter discs installed around the hollow core shaft.

Each disc is conducted with a hollow core shaft and connected with the
motor at the upper end.

The filter liquid is drained though an outlet at the bottom of the
plant. Soliquoid in the vessel is filtered though horizontal discs by
means of pressuring and vacuumizing.

Solid phase material is captured on the face of filter discs to become
filter cakes. While discharging, the core shaft driven by the motor
and the filter component rotate synchronously and the filter cakes on
the face of the filter disc are thrown off the disc face by centrifugal
force and then taken though discharge outlet at the bottom of the plant.

Filtering, cleaning, drying can be achieved by means of pre-coating
the filter cloth according to the processing requirments.

Applied scope:
Recovery and purification where the ratio of solid phase is lower.
